We provide career information, resume-review, mentoring, and related support. Unless expressly stated otherwise, oilmgmtpath.best acts as a platform or intermediary and is not the hiring employer. Use of the site does not guarantee interviews, offers, promotion, placement, or employment outcomes.
2. Employment-law classification
Users understand that the nature of a listing, referral, or introduction may differ by service flow. If activities constitute employment placement or fee-charging intermediation, applicable compliance under the Employment Security Act, 職業紹介事業制度の概要, and 募集情報等提供事業について must be observed.
3. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information, hold necessary rights to submitted materials, and not upload harmful, infringing, or confidential third-party data without authorization.
4. Paid plans
If paid services are offered, prices, fees, payment timing and method, delivery timing, and cancellation or refund conditions must be shown in the provider-identification/legal-notice page under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions（Act No. 57 of 1976）, Order for Enforcement of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Regulation for Enforcement of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
5. Cancellation and consumer protection
Any cancellation, refund, automatic-renewal, and limitation-of-liability terms apply only as disclosed and to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act（Act No. 61 of 2000）, Act on Special Measures of the Civil Code Concerning Electronic Consumer Contracts and Electronic Acceptance Notice.
6. Privacy and data handling
Resume data, career history, identifiers, and related submissions are handled under our privacy policy and applicable law, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information（Act No. 57 of 2003）, Enforcement Rules for the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, 個人情報の保護に関する法律についてのガイドライン（通則編）.
7. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to our contact channel below. Nothing in these Terms restricts access to public consumer resources such as 消費者ホットライン and National Consumer Affairs Center of JAPAN.
